Where do I find pricing?

A.

Because of the many variables in the specifications of a job, we can't publish all possible combinations. However, we've attempted to price many of the standard combinations. If you don't find what you're looking for e-mail us for a quote.

What's your in-house turnaround?

A.

We currently have an average 3-4 day turnaround on most items. Some items, like brochures, require extra postpress work that add a few days. Ask us about special rush charges. Some times if the conditions are right, same day service might be available!

What type of equipment do you use?

A.

A3. We strive to produce top quality product quickly and efficiently. Our workflow is entirely digital, minimizing the time and expense wasted in the traditional print shop. We print using a 5-color Heidelberg DI offset press for most of our printing. "DI" stands for Direct Imaging.

Q4. What do you mean "Direct Imaging" or "DI"?

A.

A4. Direct Imaging is not to be confused with the inferior quality produced by "digital" presses and/or copiers. If you've heard of the new trend of CTP or "computer to plate" take this one step farther. Instead of the plates coming out of a "printer" type unit and then hung on the press, our plates are first hung on the press and then at the touch of a button, all plates are imaged simultaneously by lasers. The advantage to this is almost perfect registration right from the beginning.

How can you offer full color printing so inexpensively?

A.

We are a modern shop with skilled people who work efficiently. Because we are entirely digital and use DI technology on the press, we can eliminate much of the overhead and inefficiencies that many shops are burdened with. We literally print millions of full color business cards and postcards combined every year. Printing that many allows us to pass quantity discounts on to you, our valued customer.

How do I submit my artwork/photos/information for printing? What type of programs or files do you accept?

First you need to fill out an order form on our website. Submitting files is easy and can be done through the internet, or on disk. See our list of acceptable programs and file types.

Q.

How do I pay for my printing?

A.

We accept all major credit cards, company checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. If you want to pay by a company check instead of one of the other options, and your order is more than $100.00, it must clear the bank before we proceed. All orders are pre-paid unless you have opened an account with us.

I'm a reseller, and am interested in lower than your normal prices. What do you have available?
