Foods Inc. Dot Foods Inc. will serve as a main source for
product used in our Wholesale Food Distribution Service. We are
looking forward to a great long relationship with Dot Foods Inc.

Hospitality Brokers International from Boca Raton Florida has
come aboard using our stocking, storage and distribution services.
Product will be imported from Chile and consolidated within our
facility. Atlantic Food Group Inc. will handle the shipping of
the product for export.

Food Finders of Fort Lauderdale is now stocking product with Atlantic
Food Group using our facility as a center point for their Food
Distibution.

Atlantic Food is now the Official stocking house for Cuisi Prestige
starting on January 1st 2004. Cuisi Prestige has agreed to Atlantic
Food as the Official Stocking House for all aspects of organizational
inventory of product. Cuisi Prestige is a Canadian manufacturer
of fine canopies and Hors D'oeuvres.

Atlantic Food has now started exporting. In conjunction with Massive
Distributors from Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands. A complete
wholesale project is now being set up in the Cayman Islands. Export
has begun. Good Luck in the islands.

Atlantic Food will be stocking for Cyclone Distribution starting
on December 1st, 2003. Cyclone has agreed to Atlantic Food group
for all aspects of organizational inventory of product. As well
AFGI will be stocking for TempTest Inc. starting on December 15th.
the TempTest deal includes all aspects of organizational inventory
as well as distribution of product.

Atlantic Food has just been signed to handle distribution for
the Barnies Coffee™ in Florida as well as Licencees Starbucks™
throughout Florida. Atlantic Food Group will begin distribution
for 53 Barnies coffee houses as well as a dozen Starbucks Coffee
on November 3rd. This distribution deal was arranged with Atlantic
Food Group Inc. and Sutton Place Foods located in Delray Beach
Florida.
