Frequently
Asked Questions
Q. How Much Does It Really Cost?
A. YOUR AGENT CONNECTION
is a free service available to all home buyers and sellers
in the United States. You will never pay a fee for our
service. Our relationship with real estate agencies
and brokers keeps this service free.
Q.
What
If I Already Have An Agent?
A. If you have chosen a real
estate agent without using our service and are delighted
with that agent, our service probably won't be all that
useful to you. But if you are unhappy with your agent,
have doubts about your agent, or are ready to make a change,
then you are definitely ready for YOUR AGENT CONNECTION.
Fill out the sign-up
page on this site or give us a phone call at 1-866-44AGENT
and we'll immediately begin looking for your new agent.
Q.
What
If I Change My Mind About My Agent?
A. Chances are you'll be
more than happy with the agent provided by YOUR AGENT
CONNECTION, but there are times when people simply
don't mesh, or you feel you need a change. No problem.
Give us a call and let us know that you wish to make a
change. We'll send you information on a couple more agents,
and we'll start again. Then we'll notify your previous agent
you've decided to go with someone else.
Making the change is easy, and since we act as an intermediary,
nobody's feelings get hurt.
Q.
Can
I Use Any Real Estate Agency?
A. This is a qualified yes.
YOUR AGENT CONNECTION is not part of any single real
estate agency, so all agencies are part of our network. If you preferto use a well known agency, we can provide an agent from any of the major real estate firm, provided there is an office in or near the city
where you are looking to buy or sell.
Q.
What
If I Have An Agent In Mind?
A. As long as you haven't
contacted that agent about listing your house or helping
you find another one, we are able to help. YOUR AGENT
CONNECTION will screen that agent and attempt to negotiate
a lower commission rate. If you desire, we'll also see
if we can find a more qualified agent, so you'll have
a choice before making your decision.
